Return Policy

When you buy at a distance from a webshop, as a consumer you are legally entitled to a trial period of 14 days. This means that you as a customer can return your package up to 14 calendar days after the arrival of your order.

However, there are some conditions you must meet before the product can be returned:

• No signs of damage, use or wear
• Original labels must still be attached
  

In short, you as the customer must handle the products carefully if you decide to return them anyway.

If, upon receipt, we find that the product is not in good condition, we may charge you for depreciation. If the product is completely unsellable, you can still return it and it will go - after evaluation - to charity. This is to ensure that the product is not needlessly thrown in the trash.
