Order & Payment

1. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Bancontact, iDeal & credit card.

2. Can I cancel my order after I have placed it?

Yes, until your order has been shipped, you can cancel it by calling our customer service, who will then cancel your order in our systems.

Shipping & Delivery

3. What are the shipping costs?

For all orders under €45, a shipping fee will be charged. This depends on where you order from:

Belgium - €7.95

Netherlands - €5.95

4. Do you offer international shipping?

No, we currently only ship to Belgium and the Netherlands.

5. How long does delivery take?

If you order before 3pm your package will be shipped the same day. After that it should take about 2 to 3 business days until the package arrives at your home.

Returns & Exchanges

6. How does the return policy work?

Although we hope that you are of course satisfied with your product, it can always happen that you want to return it. In this case, this must be reported to us within 14 days after the order has been delivered to you.

The notification can be made via the return form on the webshop, after which we will send you the return labels so that you can deliver them to us.

7. Are there any costs associated with returning?

There will be no shipping costs. However, if we find that the product is damaged, we will charge the depreciation in the refund.
